| When my wife and I decided to start looking for our first home, we entered as inexperienced buyers on the market. We had heard varying stories about the experiences of others, and were relieved to have a couple, we are friends with, refer us to Top Tier Properties.
Throughout the process, Phil and Rob were patient with our search as we changed and expanded potential areas for viewing and weighed the benefits and costs of each house we reviewed. Our long term satisfaction was clearly their first priority, and they did not hesitate to point out both positives and potential problems in the homes we considered during our search. They were honest, pragmatic and thorough as the search progressed, and, when we had found the home we wanted to buy, they were clearly "in our corner", giving us valuable advice on how to handle offers and counter-offers (while making sure that we were comfortable with the numbers). When it came time to close, they worked tirelessly through the details, keeping us updated and going through the forms and contracts to make sure everything worked to our benefit. | We were very pleased with Top Tier’s performance on both of our transactions. Because we were friends with Phil before the transactions, I’m not sure how objective we can be. We were truly satisfied! I hope you all are able to maintain your personal touch as your business grows and you hire more employees. At first I was a bit concerned that, since you all were just two people, we would not be satisfied. | Rob Wood went above and beyond for me and my wife in our search for a new home. We were first time homebuyers, so, needless to say, we were very nervous. He showed us dozens of houses, a few of which we liked but weren't sure. Our previous agent had pushed us to write a contract after every home we saw, but Rob was very patient and told us he did not want to write a contract unless we were confident about the home.
We are so glad that Rob encouraged us to wait for the right home. At first we were unsure that the perfect home existed, but he was right...all we had to do was be patient. He follows through and follows up, and never treats you like you are a bother.
